Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The food selections were superb alongside super friendly staff. I thank Mr Gamal for his assistance . The landscape has greenery and seamless entries to rooms. Heated pools were available for a comfortable swim.
The gym equipment could use updating as some machines seemed worn. I noticed wear during my workouts. New equipment would add value.

The staff was always helpful and addressed my needs promptly. I received a refreshing juice and a towel upon arrival. The manager Younis checked on guests during meals.

the room was clean upon arrival and the bed was made daily.
The food was repetitive. Almost identical breakfast and lunch options were presented each day.. the a la carte restaurants did not offer much better. also, the service was inconsistent at best. Some staff members were very kind, but others seemed uninterested in assisting guests and often failed to even acknowledge us. this unevenness detracted from what should have been a relaxing experience.

The resort boasts several pools scattered around the hotel! a relaxing beachfront enhances the experience? also there was entertainment throughout the day. Night singers and dance shows were notable. The food in each restaurant was very great.
The alcohol in the bar had low quality. Henikin beer was not included in the all inclusive package.

i liked the superior garden view room. it was close to the sea and also spacious. the room was very clean. I liked it very much. the breakfast had many options available. every meal i ate was very tasty. i appreciate the staff being always ready to help with any problems. reema and sasha.
the spa facilities required additional payment. the sauna was available, but the steam room did not work. that was just a very very slight negative fact.

The superior room featured climate control, ensuring a comfortable temperature. It included a minibar stocked daily with water and soft drinks, a nice bonus. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and quality toiletries.

The hotel has several restaurants, providing many choices. basilico restaurant offered a wonderful lunch service next the beach. the main restaurant included themed dinner buffets with live cooking stations. These were really great.

several pools were available at the hotel, also lots of space for people to relax. the grounds contained vibrant flowers, green plants, and well maintained pools. the grounds were beautiful.
